If/When you move please fill out a change of address form and return with 2 PROOFS OF RESIDENCY.  Information can not be changed until these things are completed.  You may access the change of address form under the "Forms" link, print, fill it out, and send it along with the (2) proofs of residency to school by the student.  Your original information will be sent back to you upon request.
