Great recipe to celebrate Read Across America

Green Eggs and Ham

1 can Grands Flaky biscuits

8 eggs

1 1/3 grated cheese

½ c chopped ham (or sausage)

4-6 drops green dye

Preheat oven to 350.  Split biscuits in half, making two complete circles.  Put one circle in each muffin tin.  Whip eggs and add remaining ingredients.  Pour over biscuits and bake 20 minutes
